· Original packaging, tags, labels, and invoice must be included
· Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
· Personalized or custom‑made jewelry
· Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
· Items purchased during clearance or final sale
· Gift cards or digital products
To request a return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
