  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Custom or pre-order jewelry may require additional processing time (mentioned on product page).

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.


2. Shipping Methods & Charges

We offer reliable and secure courier delivery.

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days

  • Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (if available)

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on location and service type.


3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available in select locations. Additional fees may apply.


4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via:

  • Email or SMS

  • Your Purna Jewels account order page

You can monitor your shipment status anytime using the tracking details.


5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Please provide accurate delivery information. If a delivery fails due to:

7. Missing / Damaged Product on Delivery

If your package appears tampered with or damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
