4 Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available for select pin codes with applicable charges.

5 How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on the location.

6 Can I track my order?

Yes! After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email.


Returns & Refunds

7 What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and original condition items (excluding earrings, custom jewelry, and sale items). Please check our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

8 When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
